Your treatment plan is subject to availability, clinical appropriateness, pharmacy supply, and applicable regulatory requirements. If a requested treatment becomes unavailable, your provider may recommend a clinically appropriate alternative or initiate a refund as described in this Policy.
2. Refunds for Unavailable Treatments
If your provider determines that a requested treatment is clinically unavailable for you, you are entitled to a prorated refund based on the unshipped or unused portion of your plan at the listed monthly price, minus the cost of medications, consultations, and other services already provided.
3. Switching to an Alternative Treatment
Where clinically appropriate, your provider may recommend an alternative treatment at no additional cost for the remaining duration of your current plan, subject to provider approval. You are under no obligation to accept the alternative.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 30 days of approval.
5. Member Communications
By purchasing a plan, you agree to receive notifications regarding your plan via email and other electronic channels. You confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
